Environmental Control Officer (ECO) services for the CTM Richmond Park Showroom during the construction phase only. The role of the ECO was to ensure compliance with the conditions of the environmental authorisation and the Environmental Management Programme (EMPr) by the contractor during the construction phase of the CTM Richmond Park Showroom.

Six audit reports were prepared from monthly visits. These reports were submitted to the Western Cape Government: Department of Environmental Affairs and Development Planning.
